Machine will not work after PC upgrade

Scenario

After upgrading the PC used for the machine, nothing seems to work, and although the Techno CNC Interface opens, it does so with multiple errors.

Problem

This is a software/driver issue. The drivers for the PCI controller card require 32-bit Windows® because they will not function in a 64-bit environment.

Solution

At this time, the only solution is to provide the router with a 32-bit Windows PC, either by switching PC's or re-formatting the current PC with 32-bit Windows. (PC's with a 64-bit processor can run 32-bit Windows, though PC's with 32-bit processor cannot run 64-bit Windows. This means it is to your advantage to have 64-bit hardware since you can run either version of Windows, but you must install 32-bit Windows on it)
