This is a list of items that we need to document here. Feel free to add items here as reminders.

Warning: We can post simple diagrams that will help aid tech support, but do not post schematics or engineering documents. Some people consider access to these documents a license to modify hardware.

Manual

1. Machine setup documents (see Mary for these). These are the documents that are printed and shipped with the machine.
2. John Snow requests that we add a section that describes the electrical setup. When customers first get the machine, they have to hire an electrician to get their wiring in order for the inverter and vacuum pump. Instructions should be straightforward.
3. The entire manual should be placed on the site quickly (text only), and we can start getting the images on here later. A lot of the images are old, and will have to be replaced.

Tech Support Knowledge

The most important item in the short term, is a number of "top ten" problems that exist with each machine. So there will be a separate list for each machine, although several machines may link to the same problem. Each problem/solution needs to be on a separate page so it can be linked from multiple areas.

1. A description and pictures of all components to help aid phone support. A lot of photos will need to be re-taken, because they are pretty poor quality.
2. Expand the troubleshooting section with as many problem/solution pages as we can.
