Before contacting tech support, please gather the following information:
- Obtain the type of Controller box you are using
- Obtain the Version of the software you are using, including the build number
- Obtain the Operating System version you are using (Windows 7, XP, 2000, 98, etc)
- Obtain the accessories and parts your machine is using (Spindle type, etc)
When in doubt about any of these things, take a picture and email it to support.
