Before contacting tech support, please gather the following information:

  • Obtain the type of Controller box you are using
  • Obtain the Version of the software you are using, including the build number
  • Obtain the Operating System version you are using (Windows 7, XP, 2000, 98, etc)
  • Obtain the accessories and parts your machine is using (Spindle type, etc)

When in doubt about any of these things, take a picture and email it to support.
